Responsabilidade social corporativa: um estudo de empresas do setor bancário
Abstract
In recent years, the efforts of the banking sector to bring a responsible and sustainable corporate image to the table are noteworthy. We can observe the development of programs and a communication of their CSR efforts. The analysis was made to answer questions regarding practical CSR practices such as financial institutions on their websites and on the social network page Facebook®, therefore - and some public data on a relationship between Banks with their clients and employees, such as indexes of occupational diseases, labor lawsuits and customer complaints. The results suggest that banks maintain efforts in a corporate image company and a sustainable project connected with the products and services offered by them.Downloads
